We conducted focus group sessions with 3 different user groups based on their workflow and job function. They participated in workflow mapping activity where they identified the teams they interact with and any interdepartmental issues. They also prioritized the features in the CMS in the order that they believe is the most important to have, and they shared their reasons with the group.
