Prioritization Ranking
Introduction
During the exercise, participants spent about 5 minutes to rate each feature from 1 to 5, 1 being the least important and 5 being the most important. They also freely wrote any competitor CMS that worked well and any features that they think are important but missing from the list.
The list of features is generated from the result of the first set of interview sessions; it is a collection of all the pain points and wants of the participants.
